PT-100 Hot pressing device
The PT-100 is a hot-pressing device for Thermofix joining of Habasit belts
and tapes up to a width of 100 mm and a thickness of 6 mm. The lower
press plate is heated and is equipped with a detachable set-up plate with
clamping springs for secure positioning of the belt ends. Its knuckle joint
mechanism allows easy adjustment for different belt thicknesses. Together
with the integrated pressure equalization pad it ensures reliable hot
pressing for even the most demanding glued belt joints. The PT-100
hot-pressing device is equally well suited for workshop use and on-site
installations.

The AF-62/0 5,5×35 is a preparing device for 5,5×35 mm Flexproof finger
geometry. It is designed mainly for Habasit machine tapes and belts up to
3 mm thickness. The AF-62/0 5,5×35 has a movable cutting head with two
blades. It can be positioned by a pin in steps of 5,5 mm ensuring the
required accuracy. The fingers are thus cut manually step by step by
means of a lever. The AF-62/0 5,5×35 is designed and suitable for
occasional on-site preparation of Hamid tapes and belts
